Best All-Inclusive Hotels in Hurghada (2026): Our Picks by Budget

Hurghada has several hundred hotels and almost all of them sell all-inclusive packages. That is good news for prices — and bad news when you have to choose. Two 5-star resorts on the same road can offer completely different experiences: one with a sandy beach and a recent renovation, the other with a rocky shore and tired rooms. We have sorted the most popular all-inclusive hotels by budget and profile, and listed what really makes the difference.

How to choose an all-inclusive hotel in Hurghada

  • The beach first. Many hotels have a coral shore: you swim from a jetty (pontoon) into deep water. Great for snorkelling, less so for toddlers. Others have a sandy lagoon. Look at aerial photos.
  • The area. The southern hotel strip is close to the airport and town; Sahl Hasheesh and Makadi Bay are calmer and greener; El Gouna is upscale. See where to stay in Hurghada.
  • The renovation year, more than the stars. A renovated 4-star often beats an ageing 5-star.
  • What « all inclusive » covers. Imported drinks, à la carte restaurants, beach towels and Wi-Fi can be extra. « Ultra all inclusive » usually adds imported drinks and à la carte.
  • Recent reviews (last 3–6 months) on food and cleanliness, rather than the overall score.
